Meet the founder
Devyn Logan
Founder & Principal Consultant
Devyn Logan's background spans business operations, finance, administration, project coordination, and community-based work. Over the years she has supported financial processes, grants, account management, organizational systems, and leadership teams — learning firsthand how the numbers, the people, and the day-to-day operations all have to work together for an organization to function well.
She founded InSynced because she kept seeing the same pattern: strong organizations held back not by a lack of commitment or talent, but by internal systems that weren't keeping pace. Processes lived in people's heads. Finances were hard to read. Teams were working hard but not always in the same direction. She built InSynced to help organizations close that gap.
Her approach starts with listening. She looks at what is already working, where things are getting stuck, and what can realistically be improved — without disrupting the culture, mission, or identity that made the organization worth building in the first place. The goal is never dependency. Every engagement is designed to leave the organization stronger long after the work is done.
